Candlewood Suites La Crosse, an IHG Hotel

For Some odd reason I was placed in a handicapped room, which was OK, except for the counter space was tiny. I went up to the front desk, and the clerk was amazing. She promptly checked another room to see if the counter space was larger, It was and she promptly switched rooms- on same floor. It was a seamless check in after that, and I was amazed they have free laundry facilities- and a workout room.

The kitchen and friendly staff made the stay a much better one.

Nice accomadations and staff. Room was clean and quiet.

Staff & facilities overall Cleanliness was very good
